Reporting to the Operations Manager, Service, the Service Technician, Refrigeration is responsible for executing personal work at a high level of quality and managing customer communication, personal and site safety, customer experience, and vendor relationships to ensure a high level of performance. Duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring client concerns are resolved in a timely manner.     Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Interpret and execute drawings, schematics, and blueprints of refrigeration systems and their component parts; - Identify and recommend upgrades and services to customers as needed; - Assemble and install refrigeration systems and components; - Clean, repair, calibrate and adjust controllers and sensors; - Complete daily equipment inspections, safety reports, and Field Level Hazard Assessments. 
Job Locations CA-BC-Surrey
Reporting to the Service Manager, Electrical, the Service Technician is responsible for service calls, small projects, business development and quoting assistance, and project work where applicable. The Service Technician is responsible for executing personal work at a high level of quality and managing customer communication, personal and site safety, customer experience, and vendor relationships to ensure a high level of performance.   Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Travel to a variety of customer sites in different industries to execute planned maintenance and/or respond to emergency service calls, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair (or schedule for repair); - Maintain the highest possible standard in all customer communication setting expectations and managing the customer experience throughout; - Manage larger installations from beginning to end (i.e. start-up and commissioning, pre-start-up inspections, equipment turnover); - Ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner to improve invoicing and accounting efficiency; - Effectively balance prioritization of Customer Satisfaction and the Speed of Service Guarantee.
