Reporting to the Controller, the Junior Accountant will have an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, complex accounting environment. You will be working alongside our executive team, technicians, and a wide variety of clients in different industries. This position poses a unique opportunity to join a close-knit team to inspire the ongoing growth in our day-to-day operations.   Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Creating customer invoices from multiple data sources; - Verifying discrepancies and resolving customer billing issues; - Processing purchase orders and vendor invoices in a timely manner; - Tracking invoice aging to ensure effective coordination with pay cycles; - Reconciling corporate credit card transactions on a daily basis; - Generating reports detailing accounts statuses; - Assisting with month end reporting requirements including balance sheet reconciliations; - Assisting with year-end processes (external audit preparation, year-end review, annual budgeting process, and annual reporting).

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Service, the Millwright will be consistently working at one customer site on a 12 month basis in the food and beverage industry. This full-time, permanent employment opportunity provides structure and stability. With successful completion of the 12 month project, there is an opportunity to either continue with another project or join our Service team. If you are interested in joining the Service team after this 12 month project, you will venture out to various customer sites in a Company vehicle solving challenges one site at a time. Your duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner.   Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   - Observe, test, and install newly built machinery; - Cleaning, lubricating and performing other routine maintenance work on machineries; - Interpret and study blueprints to determine correct installation and operation of machinery; - Safely perform and diagnose preventative maintenance work in an efficient method to minimize machine downtime.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Service, the Service Millwright duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring client concerns are resolved in a timely manner.     Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Travel to a variety of customer sites in different industries to execute planned maintenance and/or respond to emergency service calls, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair (or schedule for repair); - Maintain the highest possible standard in all customer communication setting expectations and managing the customer experience throughout; - Manage larger installations from beginning to end (i.e. start-up and commissioning, pre-start-up inspections, equipment turnover) - Partner with, and/or manage third party vendors, subcontractors, and consultants; - Safely perform and diagnose preventative maintenance work in an efficient method to minimize machine downtime.

Reporting to the Project Foreman and the Project Manager, the Journeyperson Millwright duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring client concerns are resolved in a timely manner.     Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   - Observe, test, and install newly built machinery; - Assist with the facility relocations, installations, setup and remediation work; - Interpret and study blueprints to determine correct installation and operation of machinery; - Safely perform and diagnose preventative maintenance work in an efficient method to minimize machine downtime.
Job Locations CA-BC-Surrey
Reporting to the Project Foreman and the Project Manager, the Apprentice Millwright will work on varying projects and teams to complete new installations, maintenance, and repairs. This position will provide the apprentice with experience working in commercial and industrial buildings.   Key responsibilities include: - Travel to commercial and industrial client sites across the Lower Mainland; - Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures; - Install, troubleshoot, align and take apart industrial machinery and equipment (such as pumps, fans, ovens and conveyors according to layout plans using hand and power tools); - Proactively assess risks and develop plans to align with safety regulations; - Completion of all paperwork as required.
