Reporting to the Service Manager, Electrical, the Service Technician is responsible for service calls, small projects, business development and quoting assistance, and project work where applicable. The Service Technician is responsible for executing personal work at a high level of quality and managing customer communication, personal and site safety, customer experience, and vendor relationships to ensure a high level of performance.   Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Travel to a variety of customer sites in different industries to execute planned maintenance and/or respond to emergency service calls, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair (or schedule for repair); - Maintain the highest possible standard in all customer communication setting expectations and managing the customer experience throughout; - Manage larger installations from beginning to end (i.e. start-up and commissioning, pre-start-up inspections, equipment turnover); - Ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner to improve invoicing and accounting efficiency; - Effectively balance prioritization of Customer Satisfaction and the Speed of Service Guarantee.

Reporting to the Manager, Industrial Controls, the Intermediate Controls Designer will be responsible for the design, programming, and commissioning of Industrial Control Systems.   Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Produce electrical and control system design drawings and other documentation including single line diagrams, electrical schematics, panel layouts, load calculations, BOMs, and other related documents; - Specify and select electrical components for use in electrical design; - Oversee and support control panel builds and FAT testing; - Support on-site team with system testing and commissioning.

Reporting to the Project Foreman and the Project Manager, the Journeyperson Millwright duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring client concerns are resolved in a timely manner.     Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   - Observe, test, and install newly built machinery; - Assist with the facility relocations, installations, setup and remediation work; - Interpret and study blueprints to determine correct installation and operation of machinery; - Safely perform and diagnose preventative maintenance work in an efficient method to minimize machine downtime.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring client concerns are resolved in a timely manner.     Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Interpret and execute drawings, schematics, and blueprints of refrigeration systems and their component parts; - Generate quotes and estimates for service, repairs, and projects; - Identify and recommend upgrades and services to customers as needed; - Assemble and install refrigeration systems and components; - Lead and participate in the expansion of the Refrigeration team;  - Clean, repair, calibrate and adjust controllers and sensors; - Complete daily equipment inspections, safety reports, and Field Level Hazard Assessments.

The Service Manager, Refrigeration takes ownership of the quality of work throughout the team, developing the technical capabilities of the team, scheduling of technicians, customer communication, team safety, customer experience, and vendor relationships to ensure a high level of team performance.   Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Supervise a team of X qualified Refrigeration Technicians, scheduling work assignments for both Service Calls and planned Projects based on customer needs; - Formally manage the team, taking the lead on resource planning and hiring new team members, creating and driving training and development opportunities, and managing the annual employee review process for your team; - Act as a senior technical resource to the team, providing expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and planning. In addition, supporting on-site team members with sourcing parts, supplies and specialized tools where necessary; - Partner with Business Development to meet new customers and evaluate needs. This position will provide the apprentice with experience working in commercial and industrial buildings.   Key responsibilities include: - Travel to commercial and industrial client sites across the Lower Mainland; - Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures; - Install, troubleshoot, align and take apart industrial machinery and equipment (such as pumps, fans, ovens and conveyors according to layout plans using hand and power tools); - Proactively assess risks and develop plans to align with safety regulations; - Completion of all paperwork as required.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Service, the Journeyperson Millwright will be consistently working at customer site as part of their maintenance team in the manufacturing industry. The Millwright can choose to stay at the customer site for the entire duration of the contract ending in 2024 or on a quarterly rotation with the flexibility to go to other customer sites. This full-time, permanent employment opportunity provides structure and stability from Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm with a guarantee of 40 hours a week.   With successful completion of the project, there is an opportunity to either continue with another project or apply internally to join our Service team. If you are interested in joining the Service team after the project, you will venture out to various customer sites in a Company vehicle solving challenges one site at a time. Your duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs.
