Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Service Technician, Refrigeration is responsible for executing personal work at a high level of quality and managing customer communication, personal and site safety, customer experience, and vendor relationships to ensure a high level of performance. Duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring client concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
